A spokesperson for CBMAK emphasized their commitment to defending the integrity of Kashmiri bat makers and called for accountability from Sony Television.
The association alleges that the bats showcased by the Tramboo brothers on the show actually belong to a member of their association. They have demanded that Sony Television address this misinformation and issue an apology during the same program.
Additionally, a legal notice they sent to Sony and two Kashmiri participants by the Cricket Bat Manufacturers Association of Kashmir.
The legal dispute has cast a shadow over Shark Tank India Season 3, which features new sharks including Ritesh Agarwal, Deepinder Goyal, Azhar Iqubal, Radhika Gupta, Ronnie Screwvala, and Varun Dua.
