Agentforce campaign

Salesforce kicks off the second phase of its collaboration with cricket legend Rahul Dravid, unveiling a compelling new campaign centered around Agentforce, its AI-powered business solution. Following the success of last year’s “Growing with India” campaign, this fresh initiative reinforces Salesforce’s commitment to helping Indian enterprises thrive through innovation and intelligent technology.

At the core of this campaign lies Agentforce—a cutting-edge AI platform designed to transform how businesses manage sales, service, and marketing. Salesforce positions Agentforce as a powerful growth engine, one that enables seamless, personalized customer experiences and strengthens engagement with existing clients.

Rahul Dravid, renowned for his precision and consistency, features prominently in the campaign’s two digital films. In these, he takes on relatable roles—a bike dealership owner and a resort manager—to showcase how Agentforce empowers businesses to connect with customers proactively and efficiently. The AI solution takes autonomous actions, ensuring customer delight at every step of the journey.

digital-first campaign

This digital-first campaign is brought to life across high-impact touchpoints. Out-of-home activations will run in business hubs across Mumbai, Delhi, and Bangalore, complemented by full branding on 1,000 cabs in each city and bus wraps in Bangalore. Salesforce is also launching a series of print ads and engaging professionals through a targeted LinkedIn strategy. An innovative mix of print and animation formats adds an interactive, immersive layer to the campaign experience.

Rahul Dravid shares his enthusiasm, stating, “Success in both cricket and business comes from consistency, adaptability, and smart strategy. Agentforce embodies these values. It equips businesses with the tools to excel in today’s fast-changing environment with clarity and confidence. I’m thrilled to support a campaign that helps Indian businesses grow with excellence.”

Nipun Sharma

Senior Director of Marketing at Salesforce India, adds, “This campaign deepens our promise to Indian enterprises. Agentforce represents more than a tech product—it’s our commitment to enabling businesses to scale smartly and sustainably. Just like Dravid on the cricket field, we want our clients to move forward with precision, trust, and purpose.”

Sambit Mohanty,

highlights the creative vision: “Phase Two had to be bolder than our ‘Growing with India’ campaign. B2B storytelling can be exciting when it’s human and relatable. With Dravid’s authenticity and Agentforce’s innovative power, we crafted a message that’s engaging, witty, and transformative.”

the Agentforce campaign powerfully communicates Salesforce’s vision: to drive smarter growth and unlock meaningful impact for Indian businesses through AI-driven solutions.
