Jetpac taps 15-year growth veteran Vineet Singh as CGO
Jetpac elevates Vineet Singh from Business Head B2C to Chief Growth Officer, banking on his 15-year record across growth, P&L and e-commerce.

Jetpac, the Singapore-based company, has elevated Vineet Singh to Chief Growth Officer, effective October 2026. Singh joined the business in May 2025 as Business Head – B2C, leading its global growth and marketing initiatives.
The appointment puts a leader with more than 15 years of experience across growth, marketing, P&L management and business strategy at the centre of Jetpac’s commercial agenda.
01 · A career built across categories
Before Jetpac, Singh was Vice President – Growth at health technology firm Fitterfly from October 2021 to April 2025. He earlier ran HealthKart’s marketplace and private-label D2C business as Business Head, owning the profit and loss of its e-commerce platform and direct-to-consumer websites.
His earlier roles include growth and analytics leadership at Paytm and AdGlobal360, as well as multiple positions at Voylla Fashions. There, he served as Director – Online Marketplace Business and Head of Digital Marketing & Analytics. Singh’s career also reaches back to wealth management at ICICI Bank and client operations at Royal Bank of Scotland.
02 · The skill set Jetpac is backing
- Consumer technology: growth and analytics roles at Paytm and AdGlobal360
- Health technology: VP Growth at Fitterfly
- E-commerce and D2C: HealthKart marketplace and private-label business
- Financial services: ICICI Bank and Royal Bank of Scotland
This spread matters because a Chief Growth Officer typically has to connect marketing, product, analytics and commercial ownership. Singh’s record combines performance marketing, marketplace scale and direct P&L responsibility. That blend is significant for a CGO mandate, which spans customer acquisition, retention, monetisation and commercial discipline.
03 · What India’s brand leaders should watch
For CMOs and marketing teams, this is a useful signal. Growth leadership is no longer only about brand-building; it is increasingly about owning the commercial outcome. Singh’s path shows how revenue accountability and data-led marketing can build a case for the top growth job.
The move also suggests that companies looking for growth leadership value cross-category experience over a single vertical. That is a practical benchmark when planning the next step for high-potential marketers.
