Wonderla Off Campus Turns College Rivalries into a Five-City Park Championship

Bengaluru, September 2026: Wonderla Holidays Ltd. is taking campus rivalry off the notice board and into the parks. Its youth play, Wonderla Off Campus, centres on the Wonderla Off Campus League (WOCL) — a season-long, five-city inter-college championship across Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kochi and Bhubaneswar that runs from 5 August to 11 September. Winning colleges in each city pick up a rolling trophy and sponsorships worth Rs 13 lakh.

Students rack up points through ride-based challenges and skill games — solo or in pairs — with Treasure Hunt Thursdays on Wonderla’s digital platform carrying the biggest swing in city standings. A live leaderboard on the Off Campus microsite lets colleges watch rankings move the same night they leave the park.

Hostel “training” films sell the Majaa

Supporting brand films lean into hostel absurdity: roommates hunt a missing hairdryer and fan only to find a friend recreating a roller coaster; a water-tank “practice arena”; a bunk-bed countdown ritual. The punchline each time is WOCL prep — turning college rivalry into Wonderla’s signature Majaa.

Dheeran Choudhary, Chief Operating Officer, Wonderla Holidays Ltd., said: “Running a championship inside a live amusement park is an operational sport of its own. Every challenge, in the water and on the rides, is conducted under the supervision of our trained teams, with our standard safety protocols in place across all five parks. And the live leaderboard on the Wonderla Off Campus microsite means a student can leave the park in the evening and watch their college’s position move the same night. The competition is intense by design. The experience stays effortless by design too.”

Pallavi Nayak, Vice President – Marketing & Growth, Wonderla Holidays Ltd., added: “The core essence of Wonderla is that some of the most memorable experiences are created when people come together to connect and celebrate. With Wonderla Off Campus, we want to combine the spirit of our youth from their campuses with the Wonderla energy and create a platform for the young to showcase their talent, passion and competitive spirit. More than a championship, Wonderla Off Campus is about building those connections with the next generation and creating experiences that extend beyond our parks. We look forward to making this a celebration of youth, community and of course, Majaa!”

A College Creator Challenge invites Instagram reels tagged @wonderla_in with #WonderlaOffCampus for a shot at an iPhone 17 Pro Max and weekly headphone giveaways. Tickets and WOCL registration stay open at all five parks through the season finale on 11 September.
