Bengaluru, September 2026: Sattva Group has launched ‘Wish List’, a brand campaign featuring matchmaker and television personality Sima Taparia — better known as Sima Aunty — that turns India’s familiar matchmaking checklist into a pitch for the dream home.

The insight is simple: homebuyers, like families hunting for a groom, arrive with long, often contradictory preference lists — more space, greenery, convenience, connectivity, privacy, community, design — and then hunt for the one option that feels like a fit. Conceptualized in-house, the film leans on Sima Aunty’s cultural shorthand for decoding wish lists and finding the right match.

In the film, she sits in a festively decorated home reading what looks like a partner brief — “Sunny personality but cool inside… low maintenance but high aspirations” — until an off-camera voice corrects her: the list isn’t for a groom, it’s for a dream home. She lights up: “That’s easy. Just ask them to find a home at Sattva.” The cut then walks through Sattva residences across formats and settings, before landing the line “No matter what your dream home looks like, Sattva gets a 100% match.”

Sima Aunty’s sign-off seals the joke: “I have been making matches for 20 years. Turns out, the only perfect match is a Sattva home.”

Piali Dasgupta Surendran, VP-Marketing, Sattva Group, said the brief was brand love as much as inventory: “Sattva has built strong trust with homebuyers over the years, and our focus is to deepen that relationship by creating a brand people feel connected to and love… With ‘Wish List’, we wanted to bring that understanding into a cultural conversation that people instantly recognize and enjoy, in time for the festive season. Sima Taparia is a natural fit because her world is built around understanding preferences and finding the right match.”

Headquartered in Bengaluru, Sattva points to three decades of delivery and a residential spread across cities and price bands — the portfolio breadth the campaign sells as the answer to every different wish list.

Marketing take: Real estate usually sells location and amenities; Sattva sells cultural fluency — Sima Aunty’s matchmaking grammar makes “100% match” feel like a festive punchline, not a brochure claim.
