~ RR Kabel powers convenience at Lalbaugcha Raja’s Navsachi Line — charging station, selfie kiosk and plastic bottle booths for a cleaner Ganeshotsav ~
Mumbai, September 2026: RR Kabel has set up an on-ground activation at Lalbaugcha Raja this Ganeshotsav, aiming to add convenience to the darshan experience while nudging devotees toward a more responsible celebration.
At the Navsachi Line Enclosure, visitors get a mobile charging station to stay connected through the wait, plus a selfie kiosk to capture and share moments with Bappa. The brand has also placed plastic bottle collection booths so empty bottles can be disposed of cleanly instead of adding to festival litter.
Rajesh Kabra, Joint Managing Director, RR Kabel, said: “Lalbaugcha Raja brings Mumbaikars together in celebration, and we are delighted to be a part of this occasion. Through our initiative, we hope to add a little more convenience to every darshan while encouraging devotees to celebrate responsibly. At RR Kabel, we believe in powering not just homes and businesses, but also the moments that bring people together.”
The wires-and-cables maker is using Mumbai’s biggest festival stage to connect utility with community — powering phones in the queue while asking devotees to leave the line a little cleaner than they found it.
Marketing take: Festival activations win when they remove friction, not when they shout brand. RR Kabel’s charging + selfie + bottle-booth stack is practical Mumbai marketing — service first, message second.
