~ Prudential Health India drops its first brand film set with Sharib Hashmi — three family messes, one punchline: when cover matches the need, sense banta hai ~
Mumbai, September 2026: Prudential Health India (Prudential HCL Health Insurance Limited) has rolled out ‘Sense Banta Hai’, its first brand campaign — a digital-first bet that health insurance should clarify the moment, not pile on jargon when a family is already stressed.
Created by TBWA\Lintas and fronted by actor Sharib Hashmi, the work lands as three short films built around everyday Indian household friction. One turns a parent’s basic child-safety instincts into a pitch for longer-term Child Protect. Another follows a fracture recovery derailed by missing paperwork, then introduces Pre-Post Express Pay as the reimbursement fix. The third watches a family argue over a medical report until a post-check-up doctor consult restores sense.
Amit Dave, MD & CEO Designate, framed the ambition beyond the claim cheque: “At Prudential Health India, our ambition is to build a health insurer that supports customers before, during and after a health event… ‘Sense Banta Hai’ reflects our belief that health insurance should be practical, relevant and genuinely helpful.”
Manesha Kulkarni Colaco, CMO, cast the line as an operating filter, not just a tagline: research kept surfacing complexity disconnected from real needs, so ‘Sense Banta Hai’ becomes the decision standard — every product and experience judged on whether it solves a clear customer need. The films are live across digital platforms as the insurer’s first brand push since launch.
Marketing take: Debut health-insurance campaigns usually sell peace of mind in soft focus. Prudential is selling obviousness — if the product anticipates the mess families already know, the punchline writes itself.
