New Delhi, September 2026: Max Estates Limited, the real-estate arm of the Max Group, has unveiled its new integrated brand campaign, ‘Some just do well-being. We do it well.’ — timed to the developer’s 10th year and built around how it plans LiveWell residential and WorkWell commercial spaces.

Rather than bolt well-being onto lifestyle ads, the film uses cyanotype — an early photographic print process — as its visual language. The slow, deliberate making of a cyanotype becomes a metaphor for how Max Estates says it conceives, designs and delivers environments: with patience, purpose and intent. The integrated push will roll out in phases across outdoor, digital, social and owned platforms, starting with the brand thought before unpacking what well-being means inside the Max Estates ecosystem.

Arjun Gandhi, Head of Marketing, Max Estates, said: “Well-being has been part of the way we think about real estate long before it became a widely used category conversation. It has shaped the way we plan, design and deliver our developments, with the belief that thoughtfully created environments can meaningfully enhance how people live, work and connect. With this campaign, we wanted to give that philosophy a distinct voice and visual identity.

“The thought ‘Some just do well-being. We do it well.’ captures that belief simply. We chose cyanotype because its slow, considered and intentional process felt intrinsically connected to how we think about creating environments—with patience, purpose and attention to detail. Instead of simply talking about well-being, we wanted the campaign itself to reflect the thought behind it.”

Marketing take: Max Estates is buying craft as proof — a cyanotype film turns “well-being” from a crowded real-estate buzzword into a process story, giving LiveWell and WorkWell a visual system that outlasts a single launch burst.
