~ Libas unveils ‘Utsav – A Celebration of Festivals’ — Preparation and Aagman chapters thread Shakti from ritual flowers to everyday women; digital-first, in-house creative ~
New Delhi, September 2026: Libas has unveiled ‘Utsav – A Celebration of Festivals’, a festive campaign that treats Indian festivals as a journey — from preparing for the divine to welcoming Shakti, and then recognising her in the women around us. The Noida-headquartered ultra-fast fashion / fusion-wear D2C brand is framing the drop as culture-led storytelling rather than another occasion-wear lookbook.
The film splits into two chapters. Preparation centres the flower as motif — garlands, prayer offerings, rangoli and festive décor — the familiar ritual details that mark anticipation before celebration. Aagman then stages the arrival of the divine feminine across Navratri, Pujo and Diwali, bringing together Shakti, Durga and Sita as different expressions of how she is welcomed across India, before drawing the line to everyday strength, resilience, grace and nurture.
Nisha Khatri, Head of Marketing, Libas, said: “The idea behind Utsav was to move beyond depicting festivals and explore what they truly represent. Shakti became the natural thread – we prepare for her, welcome her and celebrate her during our festivals, but we also see that same strength in the women around us every day. The campaign is about making that connection visible. By bringing a deeply rooted cultural idea into the context of the modern Indian woman, Utsav allows us to tell a festive story that is familiar, but not conventional.”
Conceptualised by Libas’ in-house creative team, Utsav is digital-first — using familiar Indian rituals to build a contemporary narrative around Shakti and the modern Indian woman. The brand’s omnichannel footprint spans its site and app, 50+ exclusive brand outlets, and marketplaces including Myntra, Amazon and Flipkart.
Marketing take: Festive fashion usually sells occasion dressing. Libas is selling continuity — Shakti as the thread from ritual prep to the women customers already are — so culture does the heavy lift and the wardrobe becomes the proof, not the pitch.
