Just In Time turns 10,000 styles into personal festive gifts
Just In Time's festive film with Ayushmann Khurrana reframes watch gifting around knowing the recipient, backed by 50-plus brands and 10,000 styles.

Mumbai-based omnichannel watch retailer Just In Time has given its festive campaign a different focus. With more than 50 global watch brands and over 10,000 styles in its portfolio, the brand could have led with the range. Its new festive film instead uses that scale to support a single idea: the most meaningful gift is one that fits the person receiving it.
01 · The film and the thought
Fronted by actor and brand ambassador Ayushmann Khurrana, the campaign unfolds inside a warm family gathering. It follows the thought behind picking a watch that reflects the recipient’s personality and preferences, rather than the giver’s budget. That framing turns the timepiece into something that lives in the recipient’s daily routine and holds memories long after the festival has passed.
“The festive season brings people together and allows us to express our appreciation for the relationships that matter to us,” said Raju Chheda, Founder and Managing Director of Just In Time.
For Khurrana, the campaign’s most special gifts are those with “genuine thought behind them”, showing that you know someone well and chose something that reflects who they are. CEO Ronak Shah adds the commercial layer: the festive season is the watch category’s discovery moment, when gifting intent pushes customers to compare styles and brands. The retailer’s network and online platform become the answer to that intent—places to find the watch that suits the person the customer has in mind.
02 · Why the idea matters for Indian festive retail
Many festive campaigns default to discount-led or celebrity-led commercials. Just In Time still uses a celebrity, but Khurrana is there to personify thoughtfulness rather than deliver a price promise. That shift matters for CMOs because it moves the watch from a commodity with a price tag to a symbol of attention and memory. The campaign’s simple architecture does the work: set the emotional frame, introduce range as proof, and close through omnichannel.
- Lead with recipient insight — the film asks what fits the person, not what is on display.
- Use assortment as proof, not the plot — 50-plus brands and 10,000 styles support the promise of personal choice.
- Warm the brand platform — the story extends Just In Time’s “Watching Out For You” philosophy into festive gifting.
03 · From film to retail conversion
The film is rolling out on Just In Time’s social platforms, with further amplification planned across its retail ecosystem and more than 100 boutiques. For CMOs planning festive work, this is a case study in making a large catalogue feel small enough to be personal.
Marketing take
Sell the relationship first; let the breadth of the range do the selling quietly.
