Mumbai, September 2026: BNW Developments has launched ‘Curators of Fine Living’, a lifestyle-led brand film with creative studio Filament that steps away from the usual luxury-realty checklist of renders, amenities and square-footage spectacle.

The film leans on connection, warmth and imagined horizons instead of property features — positioning “curation” as the brand’s narrative spine. Dr. (CA) Ankur Aggarwal, Chairman and Founder, BNW Developments, said: “Architecture reaches its highest form when it creates room for life. Our intention is to look past the industry’s obsession with superficial spectacle and anchor ourselves in crafting environments that honour human connection. ‘Curators of Fine Living’ is a reflection of our commitment to building spaces designed not just to be admired but deeply lived.”

Swapnil Lal, Chief Marketing Officer, BNW Developments, framed the line as more than a tag: “Curators of Fine Living is more than a campaign line for us; it defines how we think about the experiences we create. We wanted to move beyond the conventional vocabulary of real estate advertising and express the life, emotion and intent behind the architecture.” AI sat in the production pipeline — not as the hero claim — so the team could move between landscapes, family settings and imagined spaces while keeping one emotional register. Lal added: “The intention was never to make an ‘AI film’. Technology is most powerful when it becomes almost invisible and allows the idea to take centre stage.”

Arshad Zaheer, Founder & CEO, Filament, said the brief kept returning to horizons, “physical as well as emotional,” with AI giving freedom to move between reality, memory and imagination. Credits list Filament LLC FZ (Creative Director Urvi Shah; Director Strategy Sabina Khandwani) and production by Milkshake Media. Beyond digital, the film is also running on Emirates inflight entertainment across the fleet.

Marketing take: When every developer sells glass and amenities, the differentiation is what you refuse to show. BNW is selling curated living — and using AI as craft, not a gimmick headline.
