Éntisi's first campaign sells the gifting concierge

Éntisi Chocolatier, a homegrown premium chocolate brand, has chosen an unusual lead for its first-ever campaign. Instead of selling the chocolate first, the Diwali 2026 debut sells a service: the Éntisi Gifting Concierge, a personalised offer built to make festive gifting simpler and more considered.

01 · The campaign turns gifting chaos into comedy

The campaign is a series of humorous, relatable reels inspired by everyday Indian gifting moments. The films touch on repeated gift boxes, hilariously mismatched presents, and chocolates so tempting that even the giver struggles to hand them over. The tone is warm and observational, positioning Éntisi as the partner that removes those moments rather than another box on the shelf.

Founder Nikki Thakker puts the insight plainly: Diwali gifting is about making people feel valued, but finding the right gift for everyone can turn overwhelming. The promise of the concierge, as she describes it, is to make the process easier while keeping every gift personal.

02 · What the service includes

The offer is more than a creative hook. The campaign introduces a real service layer:

  • Curated chocolate assortments and hampers, including dark chocolate and sugar-free options
  • Personal touches such as handwritten notes and delivery arrangements
  • Individual and corporate gifting support

The brand compresses all of it into a lean line: “You make the list. Éntisi takes care of the gifting.” That sentence does strategic work—it names the buyer’s job, then hands the rest to the brand.

03 · Why this is more than a festive ad

For India’s brand leaders, the debut is a useful example of positioning on service rather than product. Éntisi is not claiming to have better chocolate; it is claiming to remove decision fatigue at a moment when the social stakes of a gift are high. That is a sharper slot for a challenger with no legacy advertising behind it.

It also gives the brand a reason to exist after Diwali. Personal and corporate gifting run year-round, and a concierge promise can travel across occasions if the delivery holds. The risk, of course, is that a service-led campaign raises expectations. The films will only pay off if the concierge is easy to find, use and rely on.

04 · What marketers can borrow

Three moves stand out. First, name the specific pain before showing the product—decision fatigue, not chocolate quality, is the enemy here. Second, make the promise repeatable in a single line that assigns a clear division of labour. Third, show the operational details, such as handwritten notes and sugar-free options, because those are the proof points that make a service credible.

The broader lesson: festive advertising does not have to be a montage of gifts and sparkle. A well-named service, delivered through short-form reels that laugh at real behaviour, can do more positioning work than a product shot.
