Aquaguard Four Years Sorted puts warranty at the centre
Eureka Forbes moves after-sales costs to the centre of Aquaguard's new campaign, offering four years of zero filter, spare-part and servicing costs.

Owning a water purifier has two price tags: the one at the checkout counter and the one that keeps arriving later in the form of filters, spare parts and service visits. With its new campaign, Aquaguard is trying to make the second price tag disappear.
01 · The promise behind Four Years Sorted
Eureka Forbes has launched Four Years Sorted to promote Aquaguard’s four-year unconditional warranty. The offer removes the recurring costs that usually follow a purifier purchase: zero filter replacement charges, zero spare-part costs, free servicing and maintenance, and no additional maintenance expenses for four years. Buyers also do not need to sign an annual maintenance contract during that period.
The warranty is available on select models only. Online, the offer covers the Aquaguard ASPIRE Glow and Aquaguard Ritz Pro; at retail outlets, the Aquaguard ENRICH Glam Minerals falls under the same promise.
02 · An everyday family frame
The campaign film takes a light-hearted route. It uses a relatable family setting to draw a parallel between planning for the future and having one less household expense to think about. The creative logic is straightforward: if the major ownership costs are already covered, the purifier stops being a line item families have to budget around.
“With our 4-Year Unconditional Warranty, we are taking away the uncertainty around recurring filter, spare and maintenance costs, while giving consumers greater peace of mind,” said Anurag Kumar, Chief Growth Officer, Eureka Forbes Limited.
03 · Why the ownership angle matters
Water purifiers are a category where lifetime cost can quietly overtake the original purchase price. Many buyers hesitate because they expect a chain of service requests and replacement charges after installation. Aquaguard is attacking that hesitation directly by putting the after-sales experience in the advertising itself.
The underlying framework is total cost of ownership. Instead of fighting only on purification technology or filter count, the brand is selling a predictable, prepaid-looking four-year ownership window. The warranty stops being fine print and becomes the campaign’s hero.
- Name the recurring worry buyers feel after the purchase.
- Make the length of relief explicit in the campaign title.
- State what goes to zero: filters, spares and service costs.
04 · What marketers should watch
Every durable brand that carries after-sales revenue faces the same trust gap. A family-moment film costs nothing like a tech demo to explain, but it can travel further. The real test will be whether the four-year promise is repeated clearly at retail, where the model-level eligibility and zero-cost terms need to be easy to explain.
