Mumbai, September 2026: Star Health and Allied Insurance has unveiled a new national brand campaign built around a single promise: “When India looks up in worry, Star Health answers.” The film puts the spotlight where it hurts most for a policyholder — the reassurance that a claim will be supported during a medical emergency.

Proof points do the heavy lifting. Star Health says it settles 1 claim every 8 seconds, with over 1.6 crore claims settled to date, cashless access across 16,000+ hospitals, and a footprint of 900+ branches as the insurer marks 20 years of operations. The creative follows four families in different parts of India through real-life hospitalisation scenarios, then closes on a visual of India built from the faces of those it has supported — sound-led assurance arriving in each family’s own language.

The film was conceptualised by KekuMeku Media and directed by Satyajeet Kadam. Amplification spans TV, digital, cinema, outdoor and social, with a 30-second film and a 15-second cutdown, adapted across nine languages: English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, Marathi, Malayalam and Odia.

Himanshu Walia, Whole Time Director and Chief Marketing Officer, Star Health, said: “Worry in that moment looks the same everywhere, whether a family is in a metro or a small town… Settling a claim every 8 seconds is not just a number for us; each one represents a family that could focus on recovery instead of worrying about the cost of care.”

Marketing take: Star Health isn’t selling another product reel — it’s selling relief at the claim desk. When the brand line and the cadence of settlements say the same thing, trust becomes the campaign’s real media buy.
