~ Havas Media India’s Arena Media takes Ashiana Housing’s integrated media mandate after a multi-agency pitch — Gurugram-led planning across traditional, digital and data ~
Gurugram, September 2026: Arena Media India, part of Havas Media India, has won the integrated media mandate for senior-living developer Ashiana Housing after a competitive multi-agency pitch. The account will be led by Manish Sharma, President, Arena Media India, and run from the agency’s Gurugram office.
Ashiana spans Senior Living Homes, Kid Centric Homes (KCH) and Premium Homes, and has been named India’s No.1 Senior Living brand for a ninth straight year by Track2Realty. Arena’s remit covers traditional media, digital platforms, audience intelligence, strategic partnerships and data-led planning and buying, aimed at sharpening presence and engagement as the developer pushes its next growth phase.
Ankur Gupta, Joint Managing Director, Ashiana Housing Limited, said the brand wanted a partner that could combine consumer understanding, integrated capabilities and future-focused media thinking: “Arena Media India’s strategic approach, collaborative mindset and strong understanding of our business ambitions made them the ideal choice. We are excited to partner with the team as we continue building meaningful connections with senior audiences and their families and accelerate the next phase of our growth journey.”
Uday Mohan, Chief Operating Officer, Havas Media & Arena Media India, tied the win to Converged.AI, Havas’ AI-enabled operating system, saying the shop combines data, technology and human expertise for faster decisions and more connected consumer experiences. Archana Aggarwal, Chief Growth Officer, Havas Media Network India, framed Ashiana’s next chapter as a chance to bring sharper consumer understanding into senior audiences and their families.
The appointment adds to Arena’s recent run of mandates including Samsung, Aakash Institute and Keo Karpin.
Marketing take: Senior living is no longer a niche media brief — when India’s top-ranked senior-living brand buys integrated planning, the real fight is relevance with families who decide together, not just the resident who moves in.
